Do you enjoy a good game of golf during your holiday? Look no further. This lovely villa (approximately 140 sq. meters) is located within walking distance from the Victoria golf course. A wonderful nine hole golf course. Just walk across the road and you will walk straight on to the fifth green...

Villa Val Martin is located in a small private domain, only a few minutes from the medieval village of Valbonne with its abundance of galleries and restaurants and within easy access to the coast and beaches. The cities of Cannes , Nice and Antibes can all be reached within a 25 minute drive. Riding stables and several excellent golf courses are all nearby.

We enter the villa via a small hallway with toilet. The lounge an dining room furnishings have been carefully chosen and create an ambiance of style and comfort.

Adjacent to the lounge we find a fully equipped open kitchen with a large American style fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms; one with two single beds and one with a double bed which share one shower room and separate toilet. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

The lounge opens up to the terrace, upon which we find four lounge chairs, a table with four chairs and two large armchairs.
The pool is located next to the terrace.

The kidney shaped pool (9 x 6 m.) is heated and outfitted with an automatic cleaning system for maximum swimming pleasure. Next to the pool we find a solar heated shower with cold and hot water.

The garden of approx. 600 sq. meters is not overlooked. It is filled with palm trees and Mediterranean plants and has enough grassy areas for children to play.

In the large garage you will find the washer and dryer. There is ample parking in front of the villa.

For your security and privacy the villa is outfitted with an alarm and the domain has a coded gate.

This is truly a great vacation villa and offers great value for money.
