This beautiful villa with its magnificient sea view is situated on a hill above Cannes in the prestigious neighbourhood of Super-Cannes.
The cities of Cannes and Juan-le-Pins, with their many galleries, restaurants, bars and beaches are only minutes away.

The entrance leads on to the large (60 m2), tastefully decorated living room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a large fridge, microwave and oven. On the first floor as well as on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, with an additional separate toilet on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms which share a bathroom are located on the rez-de-jardin level, which is accessed via the exterior of the house.

Next to the living room is the shaded terrace where you can have your meals and at the same time enjoy the breathtaking sea view.

Adjacent to the large 10 by 5 meter pool is a terrace perfect for sunbathing and afternoon snacks, which can be prepared in the summer kitchen located in one corner of the terrace. Surrounding the pool and villa is a well maintained garden filled with mediterranean plants and palm trees.

An alarm system and electric gates will provide the privacy and security to enjoy this beautiful villa with your family or guests.
