Now  something entirely different. Near the lovely medieval village of Valbonne, tucked away in the country site, this contemporary style villa was designed by a renown architect.

With the emphasis on an open and spacious floor plan, maximising the mountain views from practically every room. The large living room, with dining room, is outfitted with enormous glass sliding windows capturing the fantastic views.

The modern well equipped kitchen,  is easily accessed via the living, and dining room, both the kitchen and living room  provide access to the wooden terrace  surrounding the large fenced- off  pool. On the ground floor we find three bedrooms. One guest room with a double bed and shower room and two bedrooms   with one single bed each.. All three bedrooms have shower rooms. Almost the entire first floor has been reserved for the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. To combat the hot sunny summers the  villa has been air conditioned.

Adjacent to the 10 by 5 meter pool is a wooden terrace perfect for sunbathing and at the same time you can enjoy the wonderful view. The well groomed garden has a lawn area for children to play and is filled with palm trees and plants that can resist the hot climate An alarm system will provide the security and privacy to enjoy this beautiful villa with your family or guests.
