This lovely well maintained provençal villa is located in a guarded domain just outside the picturesque village of Valbonne. Shops, restaurants and galleries can all be reached within 5 minutes. Nice and Cannes are only 25 minutes by car. The luxurious guarded domain has a large pool, 3 tennis courts and several playgrounds.

The main house and guest-house are facing south. From the landscaped garden you have a fabulous and unobstructed view over the surrounding hills and the sea.

The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and outfitted with a large satellite TV, with several English and French channels, a DVD player and sound system. Adjacent to the lounge there is a bureau.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a single bed and a shower room.

On the first floor we find the master bedroom with a double bed and adjacent bathroom and another bedroom with a single bed and a shower room. All the bedrooms except the single bedroom on the first floor have air-conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern appliance. The laundry room leads off from the kitchen and has a washer and dryer.

The air-conditioned guest house is practically attached to main house and is outfitted with a double bed and shower room.
The main house and guest house have direct access to the pool, which is completely fenced off and can be covered with a child-safe cover.

Only a few steps from the pool , the owner has recently built a lovely, large, shaded barbeque area. Here you can enjoy your meal and a mediterranean view.

For your convenience the owners can provide a cot and several toys.
This is truly a perfect family holiday villa .
